Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have received, you may return them within 30 days of receipt.

For a return to be approved, the following conditions must be met:

  • The order must include all relevant parts and components, and the packaging must be intact.

  • The product may only have been handled in a normal manner – damages caused by careless use will not be accepted.

  • Products of a hygienic nature must be thoroughly cleaned before return.

  • The product must be found defective immediately upon receipt.

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Returns are processed within 7 business days. If all requirements are met, you will receive official confirmation of the return within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if there is suspicion that they have been used or damaged under conditions for which we cannot be held responsible.


How do I return my order?

If your order meets the requirements above, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@oliveandlilysavannah.com

  2. Include the following details in your email:

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • Photo of the product (if damaged)

    • Your full name

    • Your address

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.

Important: Never return the item to the sender’s address – we will provide the correct return address after you contact us.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.


Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase in accordance with applicable law, provided the purchase was made as a private individual and not for commercial or business purposes.

Withdrawal Period
You have 30 days to withdraw from your purchase, starting from the day you – or a third party authorized by you, who is not the carrier – received the last item in your order.

Note:
Our system is fully automated, which means orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we cannot stop an order once it has been initiated, and a refund can only be issued after we have received and processed your return.


Consequences of Withdrawal

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you – excluding shipping costs and any additional expenses incurred if you chose a delivery method other than our standard, lowest-cost shipping option.

Refunds will be issued as quickly as possible, and no later than 14 days after we have received both your notice of withdrawal and the returned items.

The refund will be processed via the same payment method you used for your original order, unless otherwise agreed.

You will under no circumstances be charged any fees for the refund.
